Founded initially by the project developer to sell lots and project villas, TEAM Coral Estate Sales changed hands in 2014 and has since grown into a full service real estate agency serving both the project developers operating on the resort and private owners of villas, lots and apartments supports in the sale of their real estate. Specialists of the first hour who are well acquainted with the Curacao and resort building conditions, as well as the General Provisions of the resort and the applicable deed of conveyance.
This knowledge is of great importance to buyers and sellers, after all, buying and selling a home is not an everyday activity involving large sums of money and liabilities.
