Founded initially by the project developer to sell lots and project villas, TEAM Coral Estate Sales changed hands in 2014 and has since grown into a full service real estate agency serving both the project developers operating on the resort and private owners of villas, lots and apartments

Specialists of the first hour who are well acquainted with the Curacao and resort building conditions, as well as the General Provisions of the resort and the applicable deed of conveyance. As a hostess and Sales Inside Sales Representative, Joyce Viceisza is a familiar friendly face at the office at Coral Estate Centre. Indispensable to the daily operations of the office, a jack-of-all-trades who has a kind word, hearty smile and valuable information for every visitor. Great connoisseur of the housing market at Coral Estate is broker and director/owner Stefan Louwerse. Since many years active within the office and now a familiar face to the homeowners at Coral Estate. You are always welcome to discuss a free purchase or sales advice with him. 7 days a week the cell phone is on and an appointment for viewing can be made. From the vision that listening well to the customer is the way to find the dream home, Stefan likes to approach the customer contact in a personally interested way.
Dominik Jost, with his High Hotel School background, not only understands real estate but also knows how to combine the power of hospitality with it in a pleasant way. He is ready for homeowners and buyers to ensure the sale of a house, plot or apartment runs smoothly and is well supported.
